MineralGoods does not store your full payment card number or card security code.

The payment provider or issuing bank may apply its own authorization rules, currency conversion, verification procedures, fees, or processing times.
8. ORDERS
We may accept, decline, limit, suspend, or cancel an order in cases including:

9. BUNDLES, DISCOUNTS, AND PROMOTIONS

Only one promotion may apply unless the offer specifically states otherwise.
Bundle and promotional purchases are also final sale, subject to the exceptions described in the Refund Policy.

Orders are subject to the MineralGoods Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guarantees.
Carrier delays, customs procedures, weather, address errors, operational disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for submitting a complete and accurate shipping address.
Tracking information is provided when available.
11. ALL SALES FINAL AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the consumable, wellness, and personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final after shipment.
We do not accept standard returns or exchanges, including for unopened, opened, unused, or used products.
Damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, lost, or undelivered orders are reviewed under the MineralGoods Refund Policy.

12. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders begin processing quickly.
To request a change or cancellation, email support@mineralgoods.com as soon as possible.
Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted.
An order cannot be cancelled after shipment.
13. ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
Information submitted through an account must be accurate and current.
Notify us at support@mineralgoods.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate an account used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.
