Shipping policy
**Processing time.** Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
**Shipping time.** Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
**Shipping rates.** Calculated at checkout based on your order. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be shown on the cart and checkout pages.
**Tracking.** You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
**Destinations.** We currently ship within the United States only.
**Delays.** We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email support@mineralgoods.com and we'll help.
