Refund policy
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products (consumable health and wellness supplements), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mineralgoods.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund for that item.
Lost or undelivered packages: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, email support@mineralgoods.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
